I particularly like the close-up shots of the foods that he creates. A Chinese nougat, a kiwi or a watermelon. The colors are particularly beautiful and the quality of his work superb! Another discovery I cherish having found!
It all started for Patrick Roger when he was 15 years old. He began his apprenticeship to become a baker. It was years later, in 2000, that he won the title « meilleur ouvrier de France chocolatier », a unique and prestigious award.
This tittle is truly deserved when you know the quality of his chocolate and his talent as a cocoa sculpture. His Orangutan is amazing!
